Aims and Scope

The Journal of Biochemicals and Phytomedicine (JBP) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research at the interface of natural products, biochemistry, and therapeutic sciences. The journal’s mission is to advance scientific understanding of bioactive compounds from natural sources, from their fundamental characterization to their application in medicine, biotechnology, and industry.

JBP welcomes submissions in the form of Original Research Articles, Review Articles, Short Communications, Letters to the Editor, Perspectives, and Editorials. The journal covers a comprehensive range of topics, including, but not limited to:
